You’ve probably noticed that there hasn’t been a new episode of Bullpen Banter in (WOW!) almost 2 months. Sadly, this year’s iteration of MLB The Show has made me really lose interest in the game.
After two years, Bullpen Banter will be going on a semi-permanent hiatus.
Right now, the passion for the game is just not there for me, and without my heart being in it, I just feel like I would be doing you a disservice by just regurgitating the latest post on TheShowNation.com. You deserve better than that.
Over the last two years, I’ve loved working with Kris and Chris on the show, and I hope one day I’ll be back loving, and discussing MLB The Show. Will that be later this year, or the launch of MLB The Show 19? I really don’t have an answer to that right now.
If you liked Bullpen Banter, I’m working on developing a similar show(s), but for a different game(s), but there is nothing to announce right now.
